Last Class I brought three ideas to the group.
My first idea was to create a water planter. The box would be cut in half. The top part has holes poked on each side to have it hang over the plant. The cap has an inner piece of plastic where you would poke holes in it. The outer cap would screw on. When it would rain, the rain water would collect in the piece hanging over the plant. The next day when the rain is collected, you unscrew the outer cap and the water will flow through the plastic holes and water the plant. The bottom half will be used to collect rain water so you will have a surplus of water.
My second Idea was to construct clutches from the templates.
My third idea was to cut mini strips of the flattened box, braid it, and create bracelets.
- Right now my thoughts are more gearing towards the first and second ideas.
